How it works

Activation Code

For each scan you order, you receive 1 action code. As soon as you open the hyperlink to the online scan, on the third page you are asked to enter an activation code. Fill in your code here and confirm. You are now able to do the scan.

Payment

  • The cost of a single scan (the Personal Drive Scan or the Social Drive Scan) is €35
  • The cost of the Combinatie Scan is €50

These rates include 21% VAT. Payment is real time and safe by means of iDeal. 

DELIVERY TIME

After you have placed your order and we have received your payment, you will receive the activation codes within 1 hour by email.

VALIDITY

The activivation code remains valid until 2 years after the delivery date, and until the scan is fully completed once. After this the code will no longer be valid. If you are completing the scan and you stop at any point before completion, the code remains valid. Please note that preliminary answers will not be stored.

FORWARDING

If you like someone else to do the scan, then the only thing you need to do is to fill in his or her email address in your order, or forward the activation code to him or her by email.

COMPLETING THE SCAN

The scan takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and can be completed on a any smartphone no older than 7 years old, and any desktop, laptop and tablet. Just as long as this device has a good (average) internet connection.

RESULTS

After you have completed the scan, you will automatically land on a result page that shows your scores on each of the motivational drivers and all 30 values. At the same time you automatically receive a full report by email. In this report you will find a detailed explanation on your strongest motivational drivers and specific examples of roles, duties and situations that do and do not fulfil your inner drive. 

PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

Scarfforce understands the importance of your privacy and the need for data security, and is dedicated to respecting and protecting it through our full commitment to our privacy and data security policy which is based on the following principles:

  1. The scan results remain your property at all times and will not be shared with any other person under any circumstances, unless you provide us with the explicit (written) permission to do so.
  2. All scan results are safely stored on the secured and ISO-certified servers of our technical partner DataIM.
  3. The scan results will automatically be deleted 1 year after you have completed the scan 
  4. The internet connection, personal data and online payments are secured at all times by means of a SSL-internet connection.

    RETURN POLICY

    If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within a period of 14 days after receipt of the order, without payment of any penalty and providing any explanation. In this case we kindly ask you to send an email to: sales@scarfforce.nl indicating your name, contact information and the activation codes you wish to return. Upon receipt of your cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days hereafter. After expiry of the 14-day reflection-period it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
